This iconic villa is located at the top of Camps Bay directly below Table Mountain and offers spectacular views of the ocean, Table Mountain, Lion´s Head and the 12 Apostles from every area of the house. The large rooms are bright and flooded with light thanks to large windows. The villa's large entertaining area with endless ocean views and the guarantee of breathtaking sunrises and sunsets is perfect for intimate gatherings or relaxing with family and friends. You can also make use of the private swimming pool and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor entertaining and soaking up the South African sun. The living area is openly connected to the kitchen and dining area. In addition, an elevator is installed in the house, allowing easy access to all areas of Prima Views. The garden has two lawns, a barbecue and comfortable seating areas. All dining areas can seat up to twelve people.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and a Juliette balcony. The second and third bedrooms are located at the end of the corridor, both with access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level near the elevator and below the living room. It also has its own bathroom, private balcony, kitchenette and separate entrance. The fifth bedroom is located below the master bedroom, also with its own entrance and private bathroom as well as a sauna.
